Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is being developed as part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ luxury and lifestyle portfolio in partnership with Select Group. The project aims to redefine healthy living from the ground up and comprises 251 residences with a wide range of 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments through to penthouses and sky-scrapers. The property will be the world’s tallest residential tower when it is completed. The residences are designed for sustainability, well-being and happiness, including special sleeping and wellness amenities. In addition to the apartments, extensive wellness facilities and amenities are offered, including a longevity center, a gym, cryotherapy and hyperbaric oxygen chambers, a spa area and a 25-meter long pool on the sky deck. The project will also include communal facilities such as lounges, a games room and a movie theater. Completion is scheduled for mid-2028 and will set a new benchmark for wellness properties.
