The project is set to epitomize “luxury island living” for those seeking the ultimate island experience in a tranquil Ras Al Khaimah landscape. RAK Properties has unveiled plans for Raha Island, a new island development within Mina Al Arab in Ras Al Khaimah.
The project will include first-class hotels and branded residences as well as marinas, beach clubs, retail outlets and leisure facilities.
A special water transportation system will connect Raha Island via Mina Al Arab and establish links to other emirates. “We are confident that the current customer demand for high quality, meticulously designed developments at Mina Al Arab’s newest component, Raha Island, will be met. Our task now is to not only meet this demand, but to exceed expectations by further enhancing this prestigious destination within Mina Al Arab,” said Sameh Al Muhtadi, CEO of RAK Properties.
Raha Island will offer over 2.5 kilometers of public beach.
Marinas will cater to the needs of boaters and water sports enthusiasts, while a retail strip and food and beverage outlets along the waterfront will provide amenities for residents and visitors.
