The luxury hotel, 48 deluxe villas worth AED1.6 billion and an exclusive restaurant are built on the water. The main building with its glass pyramid is divided into four sections. In addition to 150 guest rooms and suites, the hotel offers 48 luxury villas on pontoons. Some are already sold and can also be rented. Arabian Business was given an exclusive insight into a Neptune by Kempinski Floating Villa.

Eco-friendly with solar panels, the “Floating Palace” can cruise at 6 knots and is available in 2, 3 and 4-bedroom options. The inspiration for the Neptune Villas came from the Nile in Egypt. The idea was to create a similar format for the market in Dubai and the UAE, says Khamis Soliman, CEO of the El Bahrawy Group.
